No experience necessary! Double Dutch Aerobics will whip you into shape, bringing the childlike joy to fitness while toning and burning some serious calories. DDA will not only teach you how to jump “street style” in which we will learn moves such as: pop-ups, mambos, and around the world, but also competition style which can range between doing cross jacks, mountain climbers, and even push-ups in the rope–staying true to our motto: anything we can do outside of the rope, we can do inside the rope!
