“In every walk with nature one receives more than [she] seeks.” -John Muir

It’s National Father Daughter Take a Walk Day and we’re challenging all father, daughter duos to lace up those sneakers or hiking boots and hit the trails!

Not sure where to go? Anywhere is fine, even the sidewalks around town. But if you’re feeling adventurous and up for a drive, here are some breath-taking hiking locations we found within 50 miles of our YMCA’s administrative office in Albany.
