Endowment and Planned Gifts

 

What if the good you do could last beyond your lifetime?

An endowment or planned gift to the Capital District YMCA can extend the good you do in the community beyond your own lifetime to make a truly lasting impact on kids and families. Through planned giving, you can establish a family legacy, assure future income for yourself and your loved ones, or simply ensure that year-after-year, Y program participants will have access to financial assistance.

Choose from a variety of options, such as an outright gift, including the Y in your estate plans, naming the Y as a beneficiary or owner in your life insurance policy, creating a charitable trust, or honoring a loved one through a memorial gift.

Make a commitment now or in the future to support Y quality programs and services that focus on strengthening our community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.   Gifts can be directed to the entire Capital District YMCA, to your local Y branch, or to a specific program.

Donations and bequests to the Y are gratefully recognized through the YMCA’s Heritage Club.
