Background

Paula has been a group fitness instructor for more than 15 years, and has trained and instructed boxing and kickboxing for 20 years. She enjoys working with individuals using a variety of training methods, from boxing to cardiovascular, to high intensity interval training. Paula is passionate about helping you set goals to become the best you can be.

Certifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine
  • Group Exercise Instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America
  • Certified Black Belt Shotokan Karate
  • Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid

Hannah has been a personal trainer for more than six years and is dedicated to the success of her client’s fitness goals. She enjoys working with all age groups and fitness levels in both her group exercise classes and personal training sessions. Hannah’s goal is to be her client’s source of support.
