Chris_WilsonChris Wilson, Wellness Director

Background

Chris has been a personal trainer for more than 8 years. He has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. From cardiac and stroke rehab to high level athletes training for the Olympics, Chris enjoys training individuals with all different types of backgrounds.

  • GRID Foam Rolling Foundations Level I Instructor

KevinBardinKevin Bardin

Background

Kevin has been training for the past 10 years. His history of weight loss problems motivated him to change his lifestyle and earn a degree in Advanced Personal Training and Exercise Science at Bryan University. Kevin enjoys weight training during winter months and hiking, cycling and running during warm weather. His enthusiasm for fitness will provide motivation for beginners and athletes looking to achieve their goals.

George has worked fr the YMCA since 2012. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology. George enjoys cycling, hiking and fishing.

Andrew enjoys teaching a morning core class and is a personal trainer who has shadowed the Union Athletics Strength and Conditioning program. Andrew pulls from multiple disciplines when training – athletics, marketing and customer service.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Promotion in January 2013.

Background

A runner since age 10, Amelia has been an athlete most of her life. Amelia has worked at the YMCA since 2016 and enjoys triathlons, hiking and practices meditation regularly.

Marilyn has worked as a wellness coach for 7 years. She has completed triathlons and teaches body sculpting, kettle-bell training, strengthen, 15-minute abs, balance, aqua aerobics and stability ball training.
