Tiana has worked for the YMCA since 2014. She enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, cooking and working out. Tiana is working on her BS in Physical Education from the Sage College of Albany.

Johnny has worked for the YMCA since 2013. He is also a trainer over at the Glenville YMCA. In his spare time, Johnny enjoys jogging, playing guitar, reading and drawing.

Amelia Waters

A runner since age 10 Amelia has been an athlete most of her life. Amelia has worked at the YMCA since 2016 and enjoys triathlons, hiking and practices meditation regularly.

James Delpeche

Background

James has been a Personal Trainer for 6 years. He has experience as a volunteer Strength and Conditioning coach for the University of Albany football team and also as a Physical Education assistant for Troy Prep Charter School.
