Allison Reinhardt, Wellness Director

Background

Allison has been a YMCA staff member since 2006, beginning at the Glenville YMCA, moving to the Greenbush team in 2014 and landing back in her hometown Southern Saratoga YMCA in 2016. Certified with ACE, YMCA of the USA, YogaFit and SPINNING, Allison enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and encourages them to continually strive for their personal best. She specializes in working with clients to gain strength and achieve weight management. Allison also teaches group exercise classes.

Emily Hoskinson, Wellness Coordinator

Background

Emily has been a Y staff member since 2016 at both the Glenville and Southern Saratoga branches. She earned her Master’s in Exercise Science specializing in cardiac rehabilitation at Northeastern University. Emily enjoys working with clients of various ages and fitness levels.

Stephanie Davis

Background

Stephanie joined the Southern Saratoga YMCA team in September 2016, but has worked for the YMCA for over 12-years in 3 different states. Stephanie holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Education with a focus in business and psychology from St. John’s River State College, Florida. She is a certified Personal Trainer and also teaches group exercise classes.

Background

Alex Brown has been a YMCA staff member since 2015. He is certified through the YMCA’s Strength and Conditioning Program and is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Exercise Science at Hudson Valley Community College. He has been an athletic person his whole life and would like to help people improve upon their balance, strength, and overall athleticism. As a Personal Trainer, his goal is to help each member become the best version of themselves.

Background

Heather has been a YMCA staff member since 2016. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the ACE. Heather has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2003 specializing in rehabilitation. She believes that in order to achieve your fitness goals, the first step is walking through the door. No two people are the same and health is not a competition. As a fitness professional she will show members ways to reach their goals and have fun doing it!

Jeanette Lang

Background

Jeanette Lang, a Clifton Park resident, has been a member of our staff since 2015. She’s a graduate of Hunter College and worked as a registered nurse for 15 years. During that time she realized her calling was to help people be more proactive in their approach to health and wellness.

Jeanette’s ability to listen and identify the most common struggles of her clients, combined with her energy and patience, results in a memorable and rewarding wellness experience.

George Hook

“If you’re all in, then I’m all in with you.”

Background

George Hook has been a YMCA Staff Member since May 2016. He is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. George has competed in several Bodybuilding   Competitions, and was runner-up in the 1986 Metroland Open (Teenage Division) and 3rd in the 1988 Eastern States Body Building Championships (Men’s Light-Heavyweight Division). Today, George works to help others become stronger, leaner, and healthier.

Zachary Crogan

Background

Zachary joined the Southern Saratoga YMCA team in March 2017, but has been a YMCA member since 2014. He is a certified Personal Trainer with ISSA. Zach has been fitness oriented most of his life and is an accomplished football and track athlete. His own journey has helped shape his perspective of what fitness is and as a trainer Zach’s goal is to help others be leaner, stronger, and overall healthier.
