National Senior Day Celebration

The common goal for this day: to help keep older Americans healthy and fit. To help reach this goal, we are hosting a number of fun fitness activities for our Active Older Adults! Joins us for a Tai Chi Showcase (30 min class with a 30 min discussion on the health benefits for seniors) as well as Chair Yoga from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.
