A Fitness Assessment provides a comprehensive picture of what your fitness level is compared to others of the same age group and gender. Body fat, BMI, Cardio-respiratory capacity, muscular strength and endurance as well as flexibility will be measured. A great way to periodically assess progress towards fitness goals.
