Work in a group setting but still enjoy that one-on-one instructor attention. Each participant will set 3 goals for themselves to achieve during the 4 week session. First participant to achieve all 3 goals will win 2 free personal training sessions with Johnny.
No weight-loss minimum and every fitness level is welcome.
