X-PLODE Group Training

Greenbush YMCA

Join us for a 45 minute, fast paced, extreme workout that will X-PLODE you to the next fitness level. You will use unique training tools such as tires, power rope, kettle bells, TRX, and more to take you closer to reaching your fitness goals. This class is led by a certified Personal Trainer and will have limited enrollment to ensure individual attention. Class will be taught in the RIG in the Wellness Center. Sign up today!
