Sports Conditioning

Albany YMCA

This baseball specific conditioning program is designed to enhance performance and correct muscle imbalances that may inhibit progression. We will focus on training the core, developing muscular strength and endurance, as well as introducing you to different techniques to improve your results.
Scheduled individually with one of our certified personal trainers.
Weeks 1-3 will focus on strength, endurance, and interval training.
Week 4 will be an individual training session to develop a plan that will lead you to and prepare you for more success with baseball season
