Boot Camp

Our 4 week Boot Camp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit & healthy while challenging your mind & body. But most importantly we want YOU TO HAVE FUN!

The Exercises: combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. Program will integrate Mega Slam Ball, Med Balls, Battle Ropes, Agility Ladders and more.

Time Efficient Training: Our classes are 45 minutes in length. Get you in and get you out.

Positive Energy: Bootcamp is about a team environment where both your trainer and fellow Boot-campers motivate and challenge you to reach your highest potential!

*This program will take place outside or inside depending upon the weather.
