Women on Weights


Are you a female who is interested in learning more about free weights and how to incorporate them into your workouts? Then Weightlifting for Women is perfect for you! This small-group class runs for six weeks and teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, techniques, and routines. The goal for Women on Weights is to assist women in improving their posture, increasing their strength, and losing body fat. You’ll see positive transformations to your body as you get stronger. Classes are taught be certified personal trainers.
