This all inclusive Boot Camp style workout will meet two times per week. The first meeting will consist of a thirty minute session focusing on the fundamentals of nutrition. Personal assessments and measurements will be taken both in the beginning of the session and at the conclusion. The nutrition coaching will meet in a small group setting and address concepts in nutrition including metabolism, absorption, digestion, and functions of nutrients. The second part of the program will be a sixty minute high intensity boot camp style workout geared towards fat loss and toning. Inspired by military style circuit training that focuses on full body exercises to maximize results and help members break through training plateaus.
