Looking to improve your game? In this golf conditioning program emphasis will be on posture, muscular strength, flexibility, coordination and body control. Learn why proper conditioning can improve your swing to hit the ball longer and straighter. Discover improved success through this 4 week program.
Scheduled individually with one of our certified personal trainers.
Weeks 1-3 will focus on core stability, functional strength, flexibility and endurance.
Week 4 will develop a plan that will lead you to and prepare you for a more successful golf season
