Albany YMCA

This program is a 4-week lacrosse-specific conditioning program for athletes looking to improve their athletic performance. Week1 will involve assessments to identify postural and flexibility imbalances that hinder athletic performance and how to appropriately address them, in addition to core strengthening. The following weeks will focus on lacrosse-specific lifting techniques, flexibility, speed, and agility. Finally you will be provided a workout by your trainer in week4.

Week 1-3 will focus on core stability, functional strength, flexibility, speed and agility. Week4 will be a workout provided for you by your personal trainer specific to your needs and goals.
