Foam Roller Workshop

Foam Rolling is a myofascial release and flexibility technique used to relax tight and overactive muscle tissue.   A foam roller is used by applying pressure to trigger points which may break down scar tissue, and help improve circulation to the surrounding tissue.  It?s a great tool used to enhance recovery between workouts and mobility. In this workshop you will learn various foam rolling techniques to apply on multiple muscle groups and when to apply foam rolling in your workouts.
