Parkour is the act of moving from point “a” to point “b” using the obstacles in your path. This program will be an 8 week, hour-long class introduction to parkour. Training kids with games and creative physical activities that incorporate conditioning and teaches the fundamentals of parkour moves and techniques, including jumping and landing, rolling, vaulting, climbing, and falling safely. It’s appropriate for all levels, and no experience is necessary.
This will be taught by professionals!
