Rowing offers the most overall total body training in the cardiovascular workout world. Rowing burns upwards of 800 calories per hour all while splitting power and strength impact with 25% upper body and 75% lower body efforts, making the indoor rower the ultimate multi-tasking conditioning machine. As off-season or indoor winter conditioning, this workout?s structure will maintain and increase overall rowing strength and power in anticipation of hitting the open water in warmer months.
Scheduled individually with one of our certified personal trainers.
Weeks 1-3 will focus on core stability, functional strength, flexibility, coordination, strength/power.
Week 4 will establish an indoor rowing workout schedule that can anticipate the inclusion of outdoor rowing on open water.
