Couch to 5K Beginner Running Group

This 10-week program is designed to prepare you no matter your fitness level to run or walk a 5K. Based on jog/walk interval training, this program teaches you the proper form and pacing needed to successfully complete a 5K event. Enjoy our supportive, motivating environment as you prepare to run or walk your first 5K. This session will prepare you to run the SSY 5k on May 7. Race registration is the responsibility of the participant.
