Women's Self-Defense Program

Schenectady YMCA

This 7 week course is designed to show women the techniques they need to defend themselves in the event of an attack and learn the exercises to develop strength for each technique. Each one hour class will consist of 30 minutes of practicing a specific technique and then 30 minutes of strength exercise to have power for each technique. Every student should leave the course with knowledge and confidence.
