Speed, Power and Agility

Southern Saratoga YMCA

This is a seven-week training program created specifically for students & athletes. Within this program, participants will use techniques that have been proven to enhance speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall performance. Each session will be lead by Isaiah Williams, Certified Personal Trainer, Phys Ed Teacher, and semi pro athlete. This is a perfect class for those wishing to improve their fitness for their game!
