Have you mastered the initial phase of our Couch to 5K program? If so, this course is for you. Learn new strategies and essential tools to help you meet and maintain your current running program. This 7 week program will provide a supportive and motivating environment for beginner/intermediate level runners. Over the 7 weeks we will focus on improving efficeincy and increasing speed while learning about the importance of cross training and proper nutrition.
