Fit Over 50 Boot Camp: This class is designed for anyone over the age of 50 looking to improve their health and happiness with a fun and diverse series of workouts! Each class will keep you challenged and guessing what new fitness feats your body can conquer! Fit Over 50 Boot Camp keeps it interesting with the use of a variety of equipment such as: resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and more. The format of the class is comprised of cardio, strength training and flexibility segments to give you a challenging total body workout. Taught in the RIG/MPR.
