Looking to improve your game? In this sport-specific conditioning program, emphasis will be on posture, muscular strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control. Learn why proper conditioning can improve your swing and serve. Discover improved success through this 4 week training program. Weeks 1-3 will focus on core stability, functional strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Week 4 will be development of a training plan that will prepare you for a more successful tennis season.
