Speed, Power and Agility

This is a seven-week training program created specifically for students & athletes. Within this program, participants will use techniques that have been proven to enhance speed, power, agility, flexibility, coordination, balance and overall performance. This is a perfect class for those wishing to improve their fitness for their game!
