Self Defense and Strength

Have you ever thought about taking a self defense class? Afraid you won?t have the strength to perform the techniques you learn? This 4 week course is designed to show women the techniques they need to defend themselves in the event of an attack and exercises to do to develop strength for each technique. Each one hour class will be 30 minutes of showing a specific technique and practicing that move, and then 30 minutes of strength exercise to have power for each technique. Every student should leave course with knowledge and confidence. Breathing technique will be taught as well.
