A 10-week program that is designed to get anyone?no matter what fitness level?prepared to run or walk a 5K. The program is based on jog/walk interval training, and will teach you the proper form and pacing necessary to complete a 5K event. This program will offer you a supportive and motivating environment as the group prepares to run or walk their first 5K.
