Learn To Box

Are you interested in a workout that is both fun AND effective? Come join us for “Learn to Box”, a beginner, non-contact boxing class. You will learn basic boxing skills, hit the punch mitts and heavy bag, and work through a variety of drills; all under the guidance of an experienced boxing coach. Each class is 1-hour and emphasizes boxing fundamentals and technique to help you achieve a safe and effective workout. This class is a great way to improve your cardiorespiratory conditioning, build full body strength, burn calories, learn self-defense, and tone the entire body while having fun in a team-oriented environment.
