Greenbush YMCA

A 45 minute week small group training program to introduce and familiarize individuals with the TRX suspension training system. TRX training is a full body workout utilizing suspension training and your own body weight. All levels can use the TRX suspension trainer to enhance functional core strength, stability and flexibility. Can you hang??
