This is a 6 week course designed for teens who would like to take the LG course but need to prepare for the physical prerequisite. The class will build on basic swimming skills to develop technique in freestyle and breaststroke. It will develop the strength and endurance needed for the lifeguarding physical prerequisite in swimming, treading water, using diving rings and brick testing. The instructor will evaluate the students at the end of the session and indicate if another session is needed to improve overall or specific skills.
