Youth Cross Training

This is a 7 week exercise program kids will participate in training techniques and athletic drills that enhance speed, power and agility as well as coordination, balance and overall athletic performance. If you are trying to maintain your fitness for an upcoming sports season or just dipping your toe in a new fitness life, this class accommodates all age groups and ability levels. Class meets on the track.
