Swim Lessons - Youth (Age 6-12)

Guilderland YMCA

This class is for beginners who are comfortable in the water and deep end. Introduction of beginner levels to the front and back crawl, sidestroke, the breast stroke, and elementary backstroke. Rhythmic breathing, kneeling dives, and somersaults are also introduced. Aqua joggers and noodles will be used. (40 minute class)
