DAY 1
Pranayama ? Linking breath with movement alignment principles to build a strong foundation going deeper into vinyasa flow. This Yang style of yoga builds heat,
energy, flexibility, and strength.
DAY 2
Meditation and Breath ? Grounding and opening through a restorative Yin practice focusing on theory and physical practice. There will be times for Q&A as well as
discussion and breakdown of key asana postures.
