Sports Conditioning

Glenville YMCA

Sports conditioning is designed to enhance performance and correct muscle imbalances that may inhibit progression. The focus is on training the core, developing muscular strength and endurance, as well as introducing different fitness techniques to improve results all while reducing injury risk. This program is for ages 10-15 years old. We will be using the gym for this program.
