The Y offers fitness classes for all ages, fitness-group-senior-men-womenall levels and all interests. From low-impact group exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group exercise class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

So we invite you to check out our video series “What is…” Our What Is series shows you some different classes offered at the Y, giving you an opportunity to see what’s happening in our group exercise studios and our pools.

  • I = Novice/ Beginner.  Suitable for new class participants, those just getting back into exercise or Active Older Adults.
  • II = Intermediate.  For anyone who exercises regularly and is ready for a challenging workout.
