The Capital District YMCA now offers Sports Conditioning designed to drive success and improve performance. Our four-week sessions will focus on core stability, functional strength, flexibility, speed, and agility as they relate to your sport.
About Sports Conditioning
Sports Conditioning is NOT coaching or skill training…..conditioning is functional fitness to assist participants in building a strong and healthy body to improve their ability to function and perform in their chosen sport.
A personal trainer will work one on one with the participant for 4 (1) hour weekly sessions on improving strength, flexibility , agility and coordination.
Cost is $100 for members and $150 for community.
