Blood Drive – Southern Saratoga & Schenectady

Father-Daughter Adventure Trip – Southern Saratoga

The Southern Saratoga Father-Daughter Adventure Group is inviting fathers and daughters (ages 5-12) to the May 5-7th overnight adventure at the YMCA Frost Valley camp in the Catskills.  This is a yearly event and we’re inviting any father-daughters to join the fun. See full details here.

Spring Has Sprung Distance Festival – Southern Saratoga

Join us on Sunday, May 7th in celebrating Spring at the Spring Has Sprung Distance Festival and 23rd Annual Anyone Can Tri Outdoor Triathlon in Memory of Chris Gleason. Online registration closes on Thursday, May 4th at 10:00am. There will be no day of registration for the Triathlon. See full details here.

Learn to Sail on Lake George – Camp Chingachgook
