¡Sí, Se Puede! Latino Youth Festival

Latino Youth ConferenceThe ¡Sí, Se Puede! Latino Youth Festival will be celebrating its twelfth year. The festival seeks to encourage and motivate middle and high school students to look beyond the goal of high school graduation and on to higher education.  The conference will engage, energize, inspire, and educate youth with an emphasis on the Latino community from across the Capital Region. This event has become the catalyst for Latino youth to pursue their educational goals and improve their chances of success.

The Latino Youth Festival was created to encourage and motivate all youth to strive for educational excellence. It is our hope that this conference helps students realize that higher education and career planning are the vehicle for a successful future.

This annual event offers a full day of workshops, an Information & College Expo, peer panel discussions, and keynote speakers with food and entertainment. Our program is directed towards you, the young Latinos of today and the issues you face. We provide the tools and information for you to use to build a strong foundation for future achievements.

The Latino Youth Festival is open to all young men and women in grades 7-College.

We want you to:

  • Create an action plan for your education, future career and life.
  • Know about the educational and career opportunities available.
  • Feel supported by women and men who understand because they’ve been there too!
  • See the results of determination and dedication.
  • Hear the proud voices and encouraging words of women and men who have achieved success.
  • Find available resources and networks.
  • Make new friends.
