Senior Trainers

Amy Cunningham

Background

Amy’s passion for health and fitness has developed into a passion for  helping others.

Ryan McCaffrey

Background

Ryan has worked for the YMCA since 2011.  He is a PNBA Pro Natural Bodybuilder, and enjoys guiding individuals toward their goals.

Steve Dowd- Wellness Director

Background

Steve has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies from Utica College. He works with clients from all walks of life!

Wayne Orr

Wayne has been involved in fitness over four decades and his passion has deepened over the years. He has competed in several body building shows.

Brad Ryan-Wellness Coordinator

Brad has been a personal trainer since 2014. He has earned a degree in nutrition and currently works for the YMCA as a Nutritionist and Wellness Coordinator.

Julie Bushart

Background

Julie is a sports and exercise enthusiast. She has experience in Phase I cardiac rehabilitation, running and gymnastics. Julie volunteers for the Freihofer’s Training Challenge and the American Heart Association’s Better U for Women program.
