Birthday Party Packages & Event Rentals at the Schenectady YMCA

At the Schenectady YMCA, our Birthday Parties & Rental options are a great way to host a party, meeting, special occasion, tournament or event with family and friends. Call to schedule a tour of our room options or to book a date & time for your event.

After Hour Rentals are available, additional fees may apply.

GYM PARTIES 

1 hour in our Gym & 1.5 hours in our Teen Center 

  • Members $125 / Non Members $175
  • Teen Center space can accommodate up to 25-30 guests
  • Tables & Chairs available for your rental
  • Based on availability, YMCA staff available to organize games for gym parties

GYM PARTIES WITH INFLATABLE 

1 hour in our Gym & 1.5 hours in our Teen Center 

  • Members $200 / Non Members $250
  • Teen Center space can accommodate up to 25-30 guests
  • Tables & Chairs available for your rental
  • Based on availability, YMCA staff available to organize games for gym parties

For your loved one, you’ll provide:

  • Decorations
  • Food & Beverages
  • Adult Supervision

  $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit due at time of registration. Balance due one week prior to party date for confirmation.

 

EVENT SPACE & MEETINGS

  • Teen Center space is available for meetings & events at $50 per hour
    • Can accommodate 25-30 guests
  • Team Room space is available for small meetings at $25 per hour
    • Can accommodate 10-15 guests

TOURNAMENT & GYMNASIUM RENTALS

  • Full or Half Court Gymnasium Rental is available – please call for pricing & availability
    • NCAA regulation-size basketball court.
