Tiana has worked for the YMCA since 2014. She enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, cooking and working out. Tiana is working on her BS in Physical Education from the Sage College of Albany.


  • Certifies Personal Trainer with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
  • Certified Group Exercise Instructor with the AFAA
  •  Certified Hip-Hip Hustle Dance Instructor
  • Certified Double Dutch Aerobics Instructor

Johnny has worked for the YMCA since 2013. He is also a trainer over at the Glenville YMCA. In his spare time, Johnny enjoys jogging, playing guitar, reading and drawing.

Aneudi has worked for the YMCA since 2012. His passion for fitness can help you transform your physical ability, take it to another level, and have you reaching your goals.  Aneudi is also bilingual, he speaks Spanish and English. He looks forward to working with clients who have English as a second language.
