“Fall in love with your body.”
Maria has an engineering undergraduate degree from Cornell University. Combining her science background with her training experience in martial arts, she became increasingly curious of the body – how to functionally train anatomical regions of the body, how to strengthen and condition without stressing the connective tissue, how to “re-educate” inefficient motor patterns, how to recover fascial health, how to fuel the body to support mental and physical stress, so on and so forth. She became a licensed massage therapist in 2012 and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2019. Maria believes that movement is an essential component of personal expression and a continuous door to intuitive wellness. With her technical mind and real life experience in bodybuilding as a nationally qualified bikini competitor, she works jointly with her clients to produce a routine which safely and systematically advances the client toward their individual goals.
