Deluxe Party Pack: Member Rate $175 / Community Rate $225

  • 1 hour in our Pool with certified Life Guards (Pool may be used by other members)
  • 1 Hour with a YMCA staff, who will lead your chosen theme!
  • 1 hour in an available room to enjoy your food and celebrate with your friends and family
  • Have a maximum of 25 children

Splash Party Pack: Member Rate $125 / Community Rate $175photo20100609_YMCA_13_0017_download_3

  • I.5 hours in our Pool with certified Life Guards (Pool may be used by other members)
  • 1 hour in an available room to enjoy your food and celebrate with your friends and family.
  • Have a maximum of 25 children

Themed Party Pack: Member Rate $150 / Community Rate $200

  • 1.5 hours with a YMCA staff, who will lead the chosen theme
  • 1 hour in an available room to enjoy your food and celebrate with your friends and family
  • THEMES INCLUDE:
    1. Baseball
    2. Basketball
    3. Kickball
    4. Tennis
    5. Archery
    6. Group Games (i.e. Gaga Ball)
    7. Rock Wall
    8. Bounce House ($50 Extra Fee)

    You may choose one of the themes or we can do a sport’s circuit!

All parties include:

  • Access to a Party Room or Tent, for party preparations, 30 minutes prior to guest arrival
  • Birthday Host/Hostess to assist with all party need
  • Tables and Chairs
  • (Parent/Guardian provides all paper goods, decorations, balloons, food and party favors.)

Rules & Guidelines

To ensure that your party is a positive one, please follow these guidelines:

  • Party reservations should be made well in advance. Time slots book up very quickly, so don’t wait until the last minute!
  • A $65 deposit is due with the contract. Remaining balances are due the day of the party and can be paid at the Membership Desk.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations before 72 hours will receive a full refund.
  • All parties must check in at the Membership Desk. Staff will assist you to your area and answer any additional questions that you may have.
  • All parties are required to have at least one designated individual, over the age of 21, who will be responsible for the conduct of their group. Party participants are expected to comply with the facility rules, regulations, and policies while at the YMCA. YMCA staff will have the final say.
