On August 19th, 1988, a proclamation was made by the then-president Reagan that deemed August 21st as a national day to give older US citizens thanks and a heartfelt salute. We appreciate our senior citizen’s at the Y; they sustained the world we walk through today.  We have programs here at the Y tailored just for senior citizens! We have programs that offer Active Older Adults a place to come together as a community and increase their health and well-being.
