Capital District YMCA to Host FREE Healthy Kids Day
Kids and Families Invited to Tour Their Local Y and Enjoy a Day of Fun Free Activities on

Albany, NY (April 21, 2022) – The Capital District YMCA is excited to announce that Saturday, April 30, 2022, is Healthy Kids Day. Six regional Y’s will host open houses for families to enjoy a variety of free activities while learning about the Capital District’s best kept secret in family fitness, childcare, and year round activities for family members of all ages.
“We are excited to host our first in-person Healthy Kids Day in two years,” said CDYMCA Director of Marketing, Emily Lang. “Families are encouraged to join us for a day of free family fun at their local Y, learn about our offerings, and make connections that strengthen their family and community.”

Healthy Kids Day will be hosted at the following Capital District Y’s and feature the following schedule of activities by location.
