We offer a nutrition assessment and program led by a certified dietician. The nutrition assessment will help determine your goal, and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals based upon your lifestyle. Food and exercise journals are created and reviewed to help you reach your goals.
To ensure the best results, you need to complete the initial assessment before making follow-up sessions.
