Kickboxing Class

Southern Saratoga YMCA

This Class will teach you the fundamentals for how to punch and kick properly through doing Kickboxing combinations on a stand-up bag. Kickboxing has been shown to increase your heart rate and stimulate the muscles of the body for an overall full body workout. Each instructor is a certified kickboxing instructor and/or has a background in martial arts.

Located in our group training room in the cardio section.
