Black and Latino Achievers Program

Achievers Albany Public Library 161 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12210. The YMCA’s Black and Latino Achievers program pairs students with positive adult mentors from the Capital District and focuses on college readiness, career awareness, educational enhancement and cultural enrichment. Program activities are designed to give students the chance to form important educational and career goals. The opportunities offered by this valuable program help students make informed decisions and develop the skills needed to help them be successful in life. This program is open to ALL students of ALL backgrounds. Students who actively participate qualify for special YMCA scholarship memberships.
